Perambulator Parade
Around 30 prams and pushchairs joined the parade, following the Perambulator banner up past the castle to the Linden Centre. We started to straggle out a little as we went along – held up by toddlers chucking toys and snacks out of their prams, and other such diversions.
The parade faced up to a couple of cars, and interestingly (instinctively?) the prams swerved onto the verges, giving way immediately to vehicular power!
As we reached the Linden Centre fabulous food from the wonderful Rhynie Woman collective – including these beautiful dried fruit sweetie necklaces awaited us, enjoyed in the sunshine on the grass outside.
